Important Updates from Elevate Health

Dear Friends,

The last few months have been a time of transition which included a move, new practice management software and EMR, as well as staff turnover. We recognize that there were challenges associated with the changes and wanted to express our gratitude for the grace and patience that you afforded us during this time.

As we move forward with Elevate Health, we remain committed to providing you withcutting edge knowledge in Functional Medicine and alternative healthcare options not found within the traditional medical healthcare system. With this said, we wanted to bring attention to several new developments that will affect all current and future patients:

Upcoming Price Increase

We will be increasing our hourly rate for physicians to $500 per hour, starting May 1st. This is the first hourly rate increase for Dr. Howton in many years and still keeps our rates well below market rate for Functional Medicine practices in our area.

New Physician Joining Us at Elevate Health!

Dr. Mellyna McGlothlin 

Osteopathic Healer, Women's Health Specialist, and Multilingual Practitioner balancing traditional and functional medicine for whole-person wellness.

We are excited to welcome Mellyna McGlothlin, D.O., who will be officially starting on May 1st. Dr. McGlothlin has been working at Village Medical in Fort Collins as a Family Medicine physician doing Obstetrics. She is transitioning to fulltime Functional Medicine at Elevate, with a special emphasis on women’s health.

Come spend some time with our staff and physicians in a relaxed setting and get to know Dr. McGlothlin outside of regular office hours. Please RSVP by calling or sending a portal message so that we can be sure to have plenty of refreshments.

Farewell to Dr. Fischer

As most of you know Dr. Fischer is retiring from clinical practice. Her last day at Elevate is April 11. We are grateful for her time with us and wish her all the best in her future endeavors.

What's Next For Elevate Health

As a clinic, we have always been passionate about optimizing one's health and lifespan. We are currently working on a Longevity Program which will include new, specialized lab panels (among other things). Stay tuned for more info…
